What if Yi Sun-sin did not die at the Battle of Noryang? Yi Sun-sin is struck by an enemy bullet and falls at the Battle of Noryang, but after many twists and turns, he survives, and the seven-year Imjin War finally comes to an end. However, King Seonjo feels pathological jealousy and extreme paranoia toward Yi Sun-sin, who led the war to victory and emerged as a hero of the people. Ultimately, King Seonjo colludes with key figures of the Westerner (Seoin) faction to secretly arrest Yi Sun-sin, frame him for treason, and sentence him to the highest punishment.
