I honestly dislike this chapter a lot. For some reason many manga depict men as people who cant Control themselves when it comes to their sexual desires, which is just a very stupid and honestly dangerous assumption. People might not be able to Control wether theyre aroused or not, but they can Control their actions. It is not true that they „cant hold back“ or „loose control“ or anything, that is simply a very poor excuse for sexual assault and rape. By telling her to dress differently he shifts the responsibility onto his girlfriend, ultimately implying it is her fault something happens because she dressed revealingly (you can See her legs only, calm down dude. Plus its her own house). It sadly is a very Common pattern in manga and society in general. It is also very sexist to ask her to not wear „revealing“ clothing in her own house because visitors could see her like this. He isnt the owner of her Body. She can wear whatever she wants as long as shes confortable wearing it. Jealousy is a very much overromanticised trait
